dELIVERY INFORMATION

How does delivery work?

As soon as an order is confirmed we begin the process of pulling, packing and dispatching the product. Depending on the time the order is placed with us by a customer, parcels leave either on the same day or the very next day (excluding weekends & public holidays). A confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number is sent to each customer. The number can be used to track the parcel at any time within the delivery process.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver countrywide throughout South Africa! From major cities to the smallest of rural locations – we get your order delivered.

When can you expect your order?

*The below time frames are our average delivery times. If you have an urgent order please contact us and we’ll do all that we can to deliver that same day or overnight where possible.

Main Cities

The parcel will arrive at your chosen location within 1-2 working days.

Regional Areas (locations outside of major cities and towns)

The parcel will then arrive at your chosen location within 5 working days.

Remote Areas (areas located in an isolated location, far from major cities or towns)

Couriers tend to visit remote areas on particular days of the week, so it can take anywhere between 3-7 working days. Some remote areas may need to be delivered to a collection depot.

Do you deliver to the Post Office?

No. Due to the unpredictable nature of the South African Postal Service, we only deliver to street addresses and we choose only to use couriers. Because of this, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel upon delivery. If no one is available the courier will come back either later that day or the following day.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No. All delivered parcels need to be signed for to ensure they arrive at the desired location safely. If you don’t have a home or work address where someone can sign for a parcel then we suggest sending it to the address of a friends office, business or to the home address of a friend or family.

What happens if I listed the wrong address or want to change the address?

If your order was placed the same day, contact us and supply us with the correct/new address and we will change it for you. If the order was placed more than 1 day prior to your request, unfortunately you will be charged an additional delivery fee.

Will the parcel be safe?

Yes. Each product is packed within a suitably sized box with protective bubble wrap for extra protection. Our couriers take great care when handling parcels and ensure fragile parcels are kept away from heavy, bulky ones.

RETURNS

To submit a return please email us at orders@wreakhavoc.co.za.

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item. You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date if it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. We will arrange courier collection on your behalf, you will be responsible for the item/s until they are collected. Kindly note that between R89 – R100 (depending on collection area) will be deducted from your refund for the return of your item/s, this fee is to cover the cost of the courier to return the item/s to our warehouse.

Refunds are made within a 3-5 working days of an order being cancelled and the goods having been received by us.

All of our goods sold are supported 100% by the full manufacturers warranty for the entire warranty period. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use. Goods found to be faulty/damaged on delivery, will gladly be refunded, goods ordered incorrectly can only be exchanged for an equivalent product or equivalent value and cannot be refunded.
