SHIPPING POLICY
NOTE: YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR SMS FROM US OR ANY OF OUR COURIER PARTNERS TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AND PAID FOR.
Where We Ship We ship throughout South Africa — from Cape Town to Pofadder and everywhere in between. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Times In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed. Pre-order and Personalised Paint by Numbers have different lead times — delivery details are listed clearly for each product in these categories.
Delivery Time-frames Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- 1–3 working days to main centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria and surrounds)
- 3–5 working days to outlying and rural areas
- Some rural areas are only serviced by the courier on certain/specific days.
- We reserve the right to send to a Pargo pick up point closest to you, should your area not be serviced by one of our delivery partners at 'economy rates'.
We work with several courier partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Warehouse Collection Prefer to collect? You're welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Johannesburg. Select this option at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready, which is normally within a few hours of ordering if before 1:00pm on weekdays. Our warehouse is open 9:00am-4:00pm Monday - Friday, and is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over R1,500. Orders below R1,500 will have a flat R89 courier charge. This is subject to change, dependent on 'fuel levy surcharges' implemented by courier companies from time to time, but the amount will be clearly visible on checkout.
Physical Addresses Only We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.
Pre-Orders Pre-order items are paid for in full at the time of ordering. Lead times are approximately 3–4 weeks from the order date. Please note that occasional delays due to port congestion or customs processing are outside of our control and may affect delivery timelines. We'll keep you updated if this affects your order.
Should you order 'in-stock' items together with 'pre-order' items, they will ship together as one order once the pre-order stock has arrived.
Damaged or Lost Parcels We take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate. In the unlikely event that a replacement is not available (for example, if a design has sold out), we will offer you a store credit to the full value of your order. If you would prefer a refund, please note that refunds are for the product value only — the original courier charge is non-refundable.
