Ordering & Delivery Process:

Monthly Batch Production: Orders are placed once a month with a cut-off date on the 29th of each month. All orders received between the 1st-29th will go into production on the 1st of the following month.

Delivery Timeline: Once your order goes into production, delivery time is approximately 4-5 weeks, excluding any unforeseen delays beyond our control (e.g., customs inspections).

Example: If you place your order on 3 June, it will go into production on 1 July. If you place your order on 29 June, it will also go into the 1 July production batch. Delivery will be 4-5 weeks after 1 July.

Photo Submission Guidelines - Please Read Before Ordering

To achieve the best results for your custom painting, please follow these important guidelines when selecting your photo:

1. Image Resolution/Quality:
Choose a sharp, clear image with high resolution. Test by zooming in – if it remains sharp, it's a good choice. Aim for at least 1000x1000 pixels for optimal results.

2. Distance from Camera:
The closer your subject is to the camera, the more detail we can capture. Your subject should take up at least 70% of the picture. Face selfies work best. Avoid photos taken from far away, as they won't have enough detail.

3. Good Lighting:
Select images with uniform lighting across the subjects. Avoid intense background light. Light should come from the camera angle with no shadows on skin. Do not use colour filters, as they can impact the colour palette and create dark patches.

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure your photo follows these guidelines. We will process the image we receive, so please read these recommendations carefully and select your picture accordingly.
